What is an RMT?

As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), I provide professional, evidence-based care designed to help you move with ease, manage pain, and feel more balanced — body, mind, and spirit. Massage therapy is a natural way to support your health and well-being through thoughtful, hands-on treatment tailored to your unique needs.

Each session begins with a brief conversation and assessment to understand your goals and how your body is feeling that day. From there, I create a personalized treatment plan using a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue work, cupping, myofascial release, and stretching to help restore comfort, mobility, and relaxation.
